Shipping policy

This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed.

Due to complications regarding the COVID-19 virus and social distancing practices orders may take 5-7 business days to process and ship. During periods of high demand orders may take 7-14 days to process and ship.

For International shipping please allow an additional 7-21 business days.

Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. 

Shipping is based off the weight and dimensions of your order.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. 

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.
